Overview
Targeted Victory is looking for a Creative Traffic Coordinator to join our Creative team here in Arlington, VA. This position will report to our Director of Creative Project Management and work with our Creative Project Manager and other Creative leads on a daily basis. Our creative team is focused on producing digital-first content for social media, landing pages, email, various fundraising placements, including texting, as well as the occasional collateral and print materials. The traffic coordinator will manage project workflows, ensuring seamless collaboration between creative and client services teams. In this role, you’ll oversee scheduling, track project progress, and optimize resources to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
We are seeking an individual with digital creative knowledge, having either majored in a digital arts specialty or has spent time investing in learning about the creative industry and the adobe suite; a strong understanding of the design process and the tactical experiences of completing the work requested is a required skill for this position. A candidate for success in this role will be able to easily and effectively utilize resources and manage time; ensuring the right people are working on the right tasks at the right time, thus minimizing idle time and increasing productivity. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential for managing the flow of comms and projects.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication among team members and departments to ensure everyone is informed and aligned.
- Traffic requests, balance workloads, and manage competing timelines for a high-performing team.
- Find creative solutions to bandwidth constraints and execute plans with ease with alignment of direction from creative team leads.
- Manage digital and physical files, assets, and resources related to projects.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of producer or project manager experience; internship experience accepted, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Familiarity with the emerging digital-first creative industry preferred or a willingness to learn
- Experience with Asana, Slack, Google Suite, and Harvest preferred, but not required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting excellence in craft while balancing stakeholder needs, deadlines, and budgets.
- Impressive proofreading abilities, strong written and verbal skills, a keen sense of detail and ability to manage multiple projects in tandem
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues at all levels
