The Senior Program Manager-Flywheel role is a full-time position supporting the coordination and execution of cross-banner opportunities at Whole Foods Market (WFM) stores. This role will partner across Whole Foods Market, Amazon and 3P partner teams to implement and scale initiatives that serve to fuel the Amazon flywheel by providing marketing support to launch new formats and channels and pilot new customer growth initiatives for Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS). Core responsibilities will include liaising with eCommerce/Product partners and broader Marketing team to align on the desired physical and online store CX, authoring the go to market strategy for relevant offerings, and shepherding programs through to execution.
Core Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teams across eCommerce, Marketing, UX, Merchandising and Operations to achieve business goals. Analyze customer insights and market trends to recommend program optimizations. Lead cross-functional communication and ensure alignment with organizational strategies. Support coordination between Whole Foods Market and Amazon marketing teams to align on go-to-market strategies. Regularly report on program challenges and opportunities to team leadership, surfacing trends and recommending process improvements. Support and/or own regular cross-functional business reviews to provide status updates and report on learnings. Desired Skills & Experience:
4-6 years of relevant marketing experience at a well-established retailer or marketing agency with experience supporting cross-functional teams. Familiarity with product marketing a plus. Exceptional written communication skills. Management of detailed task/project planning, including schedule and resource requirements. A demonstrated ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable strategies and plans, and inform future planning with objective insights, reporting and analytics.
