As a Design Solutions Support Lead, you will assist the team in delivering high-quality design solutions that drive sales success. This role requires effective communication with stakeholders, adherence to established design systems, and a strong focus on testing and validating designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Seek input from key stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
  2. Follow established design systems and processes to ensure consistency and quality.
  3. Communicate design solutions to engineers and stakeholders using diagrams, models, and layouts.
  4. Validate and test design solutions as needed to ensure functionality and usability.
  5. Collaborate with the design team to evolve and refine the design system.
  6. Refine and maintain the group’s guides, processes, toolkits, and libraries.

Required Qualifications:

  1. 3-6 years of experience in design-related fields (or equivalent experience).
  2. A portfolio of related work showcasing your design skills and projects.
  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  4. Familiarity with design systems and industry best practices.
  5. Solid foundation in layout and design patterns.
  6. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high design standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Degree in visual communications, interaction design, graphic design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
  2. Experience working in cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions.
