D2C Growth Marketing Manager Job at LHH Recruitment Solutions in Dearborn Height

LHH is recruiting for a full time, D2C Growth Marketing Manager for one of our clients in the consumer health and wellness category in the Greater Detroit Area. This is your chance to join a growing and innovating company with a great culture!

Location: Remote with travel into Greater Detroit Area as needed

Compensation: Up to $140K based on experience

Qualified Candidates will bring the following expertise to the position:

• 7+ years of experience in D2C growth, performance marketing, or e-commerce (ideally in the consumer goods, consumer electronics, or health and wellness categories).

• Proven track record of increasing subscription and repeat purchase rates.

• Deep understanding of Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Life Time Value (LTV), customer retention, and customer segmentation.

• Experience scaling a D2C subscription program including promotions, loyalty, etc.

• Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and paid media performance.

• Strong background in paid social, email marketing, and SMS marketing.

• Ability to think like a marketer and act like a salesperson, focusing on revenue-driving initiatives.
