Juniors Design- Jackets and Outerwear Client Overview: Our client has a wide range of brands and expertise in private label production that have paved the way for a diverse collection of apparel. from Juniors and Women's to Children's and Men's clothing. Position Overview: As Designer, you will be responsible for concept through production hand off for Junior's jacket and outerwear categories . Responsibilities: • Research trends, colors, fabrics, and silhouettes for junior jackets and outerwear. • Develop seasonal concepts, mood boards, and design presentations. • Create detailed technical sketches and CADs using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. • Collaborate with fabric and trim teams to source appropriate materials. • Work closely with patternmakers and sample rooms to ensure accurate execution of designs. • Review samples, making necessary adjustments for production readiness. • Communicate with overseas factories for design execution and production follow-up.?????? • Maintain organization of design files, line sheets, and tech packs. Requirements: • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. • Strong sense of fashion trends and consumer preferences in juniors' outerwear. • Experience with fabric selection, trims, and garment construction. • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication and organizational skills.
