Neu Tool is a 100% Employee-Owned organization, and we are looking to add a dynamic graphic designer who will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate messages effectively. Designs media in both print and digital according to the requirements outlined by sales and purchasing teams Essential Functions & Responsibilities Responsible for the design of advertising materials such as, but not limited to emails, catalogs, flyers, and banners. Responsible for design, layout, copywriting, production, and marketing of all publications, print materials, signage, electronic media, and other promotional materials. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements provided and create images and layouts using design software. Test graphics across various media. Ensure final graphics are visually appealing and on-brand. Prepare print-ready files ensuring they meet all technical specifications. Ensure color accuracy by using color profiles and understanding color calibration. Review and proofread designs to ensure that copy, layout, and dimensions are print-ready. Stay updated with the latest printing standards and techniques. Produce graphics for digital, print, and social media marketing campaigns. Design/create office materials including business cards, labels, and PDF forms. Gather and produce body copy and images for products. Website Administrator - Maintain product images & descriptions on customer-facing website. Manage social media accounts Requirements Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Graphic Design 1-3 years experience preferred, but willing to train. Ability to work in the office (New Berlin WI, moving to Waukesha in August 2025), hybrid option available after training. Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Microsoft Excel. (Experience with 65Bit EasyCatalog a Plus)
