Senior Technical Designer – Intimates/Apparel (Onsite, Full-Time)

We’re looking for experienced Senior Technical Designers to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the technical design process from development to final fit.
- Conduct and lead fittings, providing detailed fit comments and pattern corrections.
- Develop technical specifications and communicate fit approvals and corrections to vendors/factories.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure designs maintain fit, quality, and cost integrity.
- Work closely with factories to execute necessary adjustments while upholding the design intent.
- Guide and mentor Assistant or Associate Technical Designers as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 7+ years of experience in technical design, specifically with intimates or apparel.
✅ Experience conducting and owning fittings, writing detailed fit comments, and making pattern corrections.
✅ Proficiency in Centric PLM, Excel, Illustrator, and Flex PLM.
✅ Strong ability to analyze and evaluate garments to develop correct fit specifications.
✅ A problem solver who is flexible, supportive, and maintains composure under pressure.
✅ Onsite availability for fittings, as this is a 100% in-office role.
