About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly strategic Media Buyer to lead and scale our paid acquisition efforts across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok .
This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of direct response marketing, advertising psychology, and data-driven optimization . The ideal candidate has successfully managed six- and seven-figure advertising budgets and is proficient in developing, executing, and refining paid media strategies that drive measurable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive media buying strategies across multiple platforms.
- Manage ad budgets, bid strategies, and audience targeting to maximize return on ad spend.
- Analyze performance data, identify trends, and continuously optimize campaigns for efficiency and scale.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to produce high-performing ad creatives and copy.
- Implement and refine funnel strategies that drive conversions and long-term customer value.
- Stay informed on platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Utilize advanced tracking and attribution tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in media buying with a strong track record of scaling profitable ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok.
- Expertise in direct response marketing , audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and key metrics to inform strategy.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization, retargeting, and multi-touch attribution .
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative, content, and sales teams to align messaging and objectives.
- Experience in high-ticket funnels, financial services, or education markets is a plus.
