GBI’s core platform currently allows clients to buy, sell, and store precious metals and digital currencies within their existing accounts and trading systems. An innovative combination of a global over-the-counter marketplace and a storage/logistics network allows wealth managers and institutional investors to work with these alternative investments as native asset classes, maintaining assets under management, growing client assets and relationships.
GBI is expanding its mission to include other alternative investment classes, both traditional (e.g., private markets, private credit, etc.) and new form (e.g., NFTs, wine, etc.). For this we need to have the best team on the planet focused on the most impactful solutions, this is where you come in!
Who we are looking for:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketer to support the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing for our direct-to-consumer precious metals and media brands: hardassetsalliance.com, wealthion.com, and goldsilver.com. This key technical, creative, analytical role will manage integrated marketing projects including paid media acquisition campaigns, digital content and engagement, new product launches, lifecycle automation, and more.
You will work to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion using our audience of 1.5+ million social followers (including 100M+ YouTube views), email lists, and both new and regularly returning web traffic. As well as discover new audiences using paid media, SEO, ASO, video search, and A.I. and more.
You will collaborate with creative (writers, media personalities, designers), product, and technology and be responsible for:
- Managing Digital Brand and Product Marketing: Oversee the creation and execution of digital campaigns and initiatives across many channels and platforms including: ecommerce sites, mobile apps, email lists, online conferences, SEO/SEM, social media, PPC/Display advertising, and more.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key online marketing metrics to track the success of marketing efforts using tools including Google Analytics, HubSpot, and more to report on results and recommend experiments or strategy enhancements.
- Optimization: Identify customer behavioral trends and usage, direct marketing team energy based on these insights, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Content Strategy: Create and manage content strategy for our digital platforms, which includes email newsletters, education content and SEO content, and social media (including video and podcasts).
- Vendor management and collaboration: Work with agencies and other partners to coordinate marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Market Research and Strategy: Stay current with emerging digital trends and technologies, competitor products/services, and market conditions. You’ll have the freedom to experiment with established channels as well as find and test new ones.
The ideal candidate should have 3-7 years professional experience. Direct financial experience is not a requirement, but a passion to understand our market and work in fintech is a prerequisite. As our firm and marketing team continue to grow, there is ample room to grow in this role and the company in many directions.
Experience and skills you will bring to the team:
- Creative background with track record of developing impactful digital marketing campaigns
- Excellent communicator overall, both written and verbal
- Empathize and understand customers’ motivations
- 2-3 years’ experience using CDP/CRM automation platforms (HubSpot, Segment, Klayvio, etc.)
- Very comfortable with technology and martech apps
- Suited to working on multiple projects concurrently
- Attentive to detail, well organized, and on top of deliverables
- Able to maintain and hold others to a high standard of execution

This position is available in a remote/hybrid role in Burlington/Central Vermont. Fully remote. Or based at GBI’s global headquarters is in New York, NY in a remote/hybrid role.
Salary range for this position is $80,000 to $115,000, depending on experience.
