Part Time Operations Coordinator - Hybrid
Creativities Studio is seeking a part time Operations Coordinator for 25 hours per week. They should be well-organized, detail oriented, and comfortable with fast paced startup culture (willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges).
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 10:45 AM - 5 PM

Hybrid (2 days in person per week) Location: Boston, MA or surrounding suburbs Responsibilities: Complete research projects and other special projects Calendar management and coordination Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials Manage all logistical tasks for specific territory & instructors in that territory Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree 2-4 years of experience in logistics & operations Proficient in Google Suite - Sheets, Docs, Slides Experience in managing multiple priorities, coordination, and logistics Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE SEEKING A FULL TIME ROLE.
