Are you a creative, hard-working, and detail-oriented marketing student looking to gain hands-on experience in strategic marketing? Cyprus Credit Union is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team and contribute valuable insights to our marketing initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated college junior or senior majoring in Marketing, Business, or a related field who wants to develop skills in content marketing, digital marketing, campaign development, and strategic analysis.

Duration: 3-4 months (May-August)

Hours: 24-30 hours per week

Compensation: Paid internship

Eligibility Requirements:

If the applicant is a current Cyprus Credit Union employee, they must be able to leave their current position for three months and return afterward.

If the applicant's manager cannot accommodate this, they will not qualify for the internship.

Location: Cyprus Credit Union Headquarters

What You'll Do:

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development

Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.

Help create content strategies that align with Cyprus Credit Union's mission and member needs.

Data & Insights

Work with management to track media buys and advertising effectiveness.

Monitor marketing trends and consumer behavior to enhance campaign performance.

Assist in preparing reports and presentations on marketing performance.

Branch & Community Engagement

Support the coordination of community outreach efforts and credit union-sponsored events.

Assist in developing marketing collateral and brand materials for branch campaigns.

Work closely with branch management to ensure marketing efforts align with member needs.

What We're Looking For:

Current junior or senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a familiarity with digital marketing tools.

Passion for learning and a drive to make an impact.
