Job Description:

The Marketing Assistant is responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing materials. This position will assist both the marketing manager and the graphic design specialist.

Job Requirements:

• Handles all literature requests
• Assist dealers with site registration on-boarding and troubleshooting
• Assist with social media platforms
• Assist with material layouts, updates and creating of marketing materials
• Assist with templates, branding documents
• Any other projects or duties as assigned
• Extreme attention to detail is a MUST
• Must possess demonstrated problem solving ability, creativity and initiative
• Constant Contact, Adobe Premiere and Adobe Illustrator experience a plus
• Wordpress and Magento experience a plus
• Fulfill all marketing literature and sample requests to include assembling, stocking and shipping marketing materials
• Organize all marketing samples and literature, track and maintain inventory levels
