About the Team: Gusto has a unique opportunity for an accomplished communications platform Product leader to re-think customer communications within the entire Gusto portfolio. This exciting opportunity represents the inflection point that the Gusto Communications Platform currently faces. Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day: Ownership : You will create the multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Communications Platform to meet key organizational OKRs. North Star : Your goal is to elevate the Communications Platform, expanding its functionality to better serve customers. Collaborate : You’ll work closely with Design, Engineering, peer Product teams, Compliance, and Legal. Communicate : You will effectively communicate your work across technical and non-technical decision-makers. Coordinate : You will manage dependencies across other product development teams. Research : You will conduct market research to inform strategy and improve platform performance over time. Here’s what we're looking for: 8+ years of product management experience driving platforms and systems. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from concept to launch. Expertise in identifying and understanding patterns across interconnected systems. Strong data literacy, and the ability to derive data-driven insights. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Our cash compensation amount for this role is $181,000/yr to $223,000/yr in Denver & most major metro locations, and $212,000/yr to $262,000/yr for San Francisco, Seattle & New York. Where do PMs at Gusto work? We have offices in Denver, San Francisco, and New York and have remote team members across the US and Canada. Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately

2-3 days
