Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Our client, a girl's wholesale brand, is seeking a Technical Designer to join their team in NYC! Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain accurate spec sheets for baby and girls' apparel (newborn to size 16), including fully graded production specs. Collaborate with Design and Production teams to develop cost-effective styles while ensuring quality and fit consistency. Maintain and update block fits to ensure consistency across styles and seasons. Document all fit results and provide clear communication through detailed fit comments, measurements, and visual references (diagrams and photos). Conduct virtual fit sessions with factories and provide weekly guidance to vendors to uphold fit and construction standards. Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Technical Designer, preferably with childrenswear experience. Strong understanding of garment construction, manufacturing techniques, and textiles (knits and wovens). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and spec development. Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for technical sketches and documentation. Experience with PLM systems (familiarity with PLM REVO is a plus). Knowledge of Tuka systems and 3D design software is a bonus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Patternmaking knowledge is preferred. Full time in office. Please submit your resume for consideration.
