Job Summary:
We are seeking a Marketing & Operations Specialist to support the Alcohol General Management (GM) Consumer Pod in executing marketing and operational initiatives to drive business growth. This role operates at the intersection of Consumer Growth and Platform , working cross-functionally to activate in-house marketing efforts, optimize campaign execution, and enhance operational efficiencies . The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Alcohol GM team to define marketing occasion strategies and business growth approaches.
- Identify key marketing levers with the highest ROI to drive consumer engagement.
- Support and manage end-to-end campaign execution , including promotional activations and merchandising audits.
- Oversee marketing creatives (e.g., banners, emails, header images) using Figma templates.
- Set up and audit campaigns using the firm’s Campaign Manager tool (can be learned on the job).
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Ad Ops, Central Creative, etc.) to execute campaigns efficiently.
- Ensure marketing initiatives align with the brand’s strategy and comply with alcohol-specific policies.
- Track campaign performance and conduct data analysis using SQL and Google Sheets/Excel .
- Create weekly performance reports and retrospectives to evaluate effectiveness and optimize future efforts.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiencies , such as automation, process improvements, and resource allocation .
- Provide insights on alcohol-specific marketing strategies to inform future Ad Ops and Central Creative requests.
Job Requirements:
- Google Sheets/Excel – Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Campaign Manager – Ability to set up and audit campaigns (can be learned on the job).
- Figma – Basic skills in creating marketing creatives (willingness to learn more advanced functions).
- SQL – Basic understanding to write queries, pull performance metrics , and conduct data analysis.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Project Management – Ability to prioritize multiple ongoing projects efficiently.
- Stakeholder Management – Experience working with cross-functional teams and providing regular updates.
- Data Analysis – Ability to track campaign performance , compile learnings, and optimize future efforts.
