Marketing Specialist Job at Interlink Cloud Advisors, Inc. in Mason

Interlink is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our marketing team, you will support our sales team through lead tracking and content creation, ensuring that our marketing efforts are aligned with our sales goals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to create impactful written content for our website, facilitate webinars, and develop our LinkedIn strategy. This is a hybrid role at our HQ in Mason, OH and will report to our Marketing Manager. Since writing will be a large portion of this role, we will strongly prefer candidates who submit a cover letter.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide sales team support and enablement. Our marketing team primarily supports sales, and a large portion of this role will be focused on lead tracking and content creation
• Build templates and communicate value propositions to assist the sales team
• Create processes to improve marketing efforts for more effective pre-sales and post-sales documentation to increase the size of our pipeline
• Create written content for the website, blog posts, and facilitate webinar execution
• Identify, create, and execute SEO strategies and support for our website and blog
• Build our LinkedIn strategy and presence, inclusive of social media coordination
• Discover insights from Google Analytics and LinkedIn Analytics to develop strategic recommendations
• Facilitate webinars and marketing promotions by coordinating with our agency partners; this can include public relations, internal events, and awards
• Assist the Marketing Manager with strategic marketing tasks

• 3-5+ years of marketing experience
• B2B experience with a technology company or strong interest in technology; you should be able to learn new technologies quickly
• Must have a strong desire to learn and the ability to absorb that information quickly
• Able to communicate easily in both written and spoken formats to team members, clients, and the general community; this represents people with a wide variety of experience and titles
• Hubspot, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign experience preferred
• Relevant degrees in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
