Graphic Designer
BUGATCHI’s South Florida office is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Graphic Designer with a passion for growing a business focused on luxury menswear. The Pattern Designer will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
• Assist to execute and design graphic t-shirts and graphic sweatshirts on a global creative season direction and business needs. • Candidate will develop and produce graphic designs and/or artworks as per product strategy. • Work with design team to research; develop priny concepts, colors and silhouette designs based on the creative direction. • Proactively Research and identify trends and techniques that align with brand aesthetic. • Sketch all designs in Illustrator and color CAD’s based on merchandising plan. • Develop design detail pages with instructions for garment development samples. • Participate and correct technical details/sketches from fittings. • Assembles and maintains presentation boards for meetings. • Be able to create professional digital and physical presentations including Miro, PDF and physical boards. • Organize and maintain design development including artwork, trims, mock-ups, and prototypes. • Ability to work across multiple apparel seasons and categories. • Responsible to maintain graphics artwork T/Ps and FTP.
Qualifications:
• 3 years’ experience in graphic design, preferably in apparel. • Familiarity with graphic print techniques, prints, and garment construction. • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Graphic Design. • Ability to multi-task, think outside the box, be open-minded and optimistic. • Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Excellent capability in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. • Highly organized and detail oriented. • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines. • Must be flexible to adapt to changing trends of business and corporate strategy.
