Summary

The purpose of this position is to develop and manage marketing initiatives, campaigns, and create content that drives brand awareness, enhances client engagement, and generates qualified leads. The position will operate as part of the corporate marketing team and also have responsibility for marketing support across the organization, as needed.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements comprehensive marketing strategies, both online and offline, to promote the firm’s expertise, services, and successful projects.
  • Develops high-quality, targeted emails, landing pages, supporting content, and social media updates that showcase the firm’s capabilities and expertise.
  • Manages a marketing campaign calendar to ensure consistent and strategic messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Designs and executes lead generation strategies to attract new business opportunities, including managing email campaigns and digital marketing strategies like Google Ads and boosted LinkedIn posts.
  • Works closely with the business development and client service manager teams to nurture leads, track conversion rates, and refine approaches to improving lead-to-client conversion.
  • Monitors and analyzes the performance of marketing campaigns, website traffic, and engagement metrics to gauge the effectiveness of strategies.
  • Provides related reports at established frequencies with insights, recommendations, and ROI analysis for senior management.
  • Coordinates with the technical team, coordinators, or graphics team to develop or distribute campaign pieces.
  • Supports maintenance of collateral/materials library in the firm's content management systems and Deltek Vantagepoint database.
  • Recommends and implements website updates with the graphic design team and/or designated third-party vendor.
  • Stays current with communication best practices, trends, SEO management, and technologies.
  • Maintains industry knowledge by attending SMPS or A/E/C-related events/seminars/educational workshops, reviewing related publications, and establishing professional networks.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Must have at least eight years of related professional experience that includes indirect marketing development and campaign management, preferably in an engineering, architecture, environmental services, or professional services industry or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Must have demonstrated exceptionally strong written and oral communication skills with a predisposition to proactive communications and creative thinking. Writing samples must be provided.
  • Must have the ability to conceive, draft, proofread, and edit materials that are engaging to the audience, have high standards, and have an eye for detail.
  • Must have the ability to work within a team, build relationships, and work effectively at all levels of an organization, including business development and technical staff.
  • Must have demonstrated the ability to work effectively on a variety of projects concurrently in a demanding environment under tight deadlines.
  • Must possess strong proficiency in HubSpot Marketing, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Must possess strong proficiency using Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, SEO, and incorporating keyword research.
  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) writing prompts, WordPress, and Deltek Vantagepoint a plus.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.


Compensation Range

$82,000.00 - $100,000.00

The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Minnesota Omnibus Labor and Industry Policy Bill Article 7 Section 2. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location. The total annual compensation package may consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate, after a qualifying period, in our performance and discretionary incentive bonus program(s).
