About the AI Organizations: There are two AI organizations within the company: GenAI and another upstream research team. The upstream research team typically works on research and prototypes 2-5 years out. The majority of their work focuses on imagining a future with a fundamentally new paradigm of embodied human-AI interaction in the digital and physical world, pushing the definition of AI-driven user experiences and interfaces. This team has historically been one of the most innovative teams within the company, known for pushing the envelope in terms of redefining what is possible.
Role Responsibilities: As a UX Researcher in the upstream research team, you will focus on understanding user, human, and societal value and translating those insights to inform AI model development. You will be responsible for identifying high-value user opportunities to inform data collection and model evaluation approaches for communication and language models, driving subjective evaluations to understand model performance. Measuring performance from a user lens and evaluating the performance of our models will be a critical part of this role. You will also work with multi-functional team members to create compelling demos and other release artifacts to best showcase model capabilities at launch
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $85.00/hr.
