Are you a proven D2C/B2C Digital Marketplace expert able to work cross functionally to facilitate growth?
This is your chance to manage projects, the annual marketing, promotions and events calender for an innovative health and nutritional supplements brand that's on a mission to grow from small to medium size over the next 3-5+ years - while staying true to its organic, natural, and low-intervention approach from Seed to Shelf to Prevention or Cure.
Why You?
You've worked at a similar company - at least one for 3-5+ years (or two/three in the last 7-15 years). You've successfully scaled high-growth brands-driving revenue, profitability, and brand equity through best-in-class digital marketing strategies. You've been part of company teams who are expert in customer acquisition, AOV, retention, and LTV with subscriptions memberships You thrive in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments where your strategies directly impact growth. You understand health and wellness consumers, especially women, their mindset, purchasing behavior, and the importance of trust and credibility in natural supplements. Very good communication skills in all mediums and interpersonally Degree or higher education
