With locations in San Francisco’s prestigious Presidio Heights neighborhood and on the South Bay's chic Burlingame Avenue. We are looking for dynamic and passionate Full-Time or Part-Time Fashion Sales Stylists to join our team. We offer a curated selection of European and American luxury fashion with a modern point of view. We take pride in delivering an unparalleled shopping experience by combining high-end designer collections with exceptional personal styling and customer service. Your passion for fashion, keen eye for style, and love building lasting client relationships make you an ideal candidate. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Act as a brand ambassador for Sam Malouf, delivering an elevated and memorable shopping experience. Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on both acquisition and retention. Assist clients in defining their personal style and building a wardrobe that suits their lifestyle and fashion preferences. Provide expert styling advice on designer brands, fits, and how to curate timeless and trend-forward looks. Stay up to date with product knowledge, including designer collections, seasonal trends, and exclusive new arrivals. Offer honest and confident feedback regarding merchandise selection, style, and fit. Follow up on special orders and ensure client satisfaction through timely communication. Send thoughtful thank-you emails, texts or handwritten notes to cultivate client loyalty. Maintain a collaborative team environment, ensuring every customer feels valued and cared for. Take on additional responsibilities, including merchandising, inventory management, and event support for in-store and off-site fashion shows and trunk shows. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: A strong sense of personal style and passion for luxury fashion. Ability to effortlessly connect with clients and build lasting relationships. A proactive, self-starter attitude with exceptional follow-through skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize daily tasks effectively. Strong knowledge of designer brands, fits, and wardrobe-building techniques. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in clienteling tools and pulling reports to track customer preferences and engagement. At least two years of prior experience in high-end retail sales (preferred). A keen visual eye to understand merchandise flow and best utilize inventory to serve customers. WHY JOIN US?
