The Amazon Connect team is looking for a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead a team of talented PMMs who drive product launches, market research, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for AWS's Customer Experience Solution, Amazon Connect, that is transforming customer service with AI. We are looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager with strong management, go-to-market, and storytelling skills to develop customer-centric narratives and deliver engaging experiences to drive top-level business goals. As the lead PMM in this fast growing, exciting space you will have the opportunity to help lead development efforts, drive global growth, and help shape the future of this technology that will have a significant impact on our businesses. You will be hands-on with your product marketing team and will work with senior AWS leadership on strategy and investment decisions. You will listen to and represent customers – from the world’s largest enterprises to high-growth startups - in order to deliver best-in-class solutions and customer experiences. To be successful in this role you will need an established background in leading PMM teams, a knowledge of B2B marketing, an understanding of SaaS applications, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver mutual benefits. Strong team building and mentorship skills are essential. Position may be located in Seattle, WA, Austin, TX, or the Bay Area in CA. Relocation offered from within the US only to these locations only. Key job responsibilities
Development of product positioning and customer facing messaging Work with executive leadership, at both the strategic and tactical level, to champion bold, creative ideas Articulate complex technical concepts in simple terms Define strategy, metrics, measurement plan, and testing plan for related programs Test and refine new marketing approaches and channels to reach and engage key audiences Own campaigns from end-to-end: managing creative processes, targeting and segmentation, planning, execution, reporting, and optimization Analyze messaging and campaign effectiveness, data-driven Work effectively across AWS with groups such as engineering, marketing, sales, business development, and evangelists to achieve our joint business goals. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience Experience managing teams Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in inter-team working skills to develop partnership with partner, tech team and operating at leadership levels Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
