We are seeking a

Social Media Marketing Lead

to develop local content for social media and serve as the community outreach point person for several branches in the Philadelphia and New Jersey markets. Position Overview

As the

Social Media Marketing Lead , you will play a key role in shaping our brand's local presence by creating engaging content, fostering community relationships, and increasing visibility for our branches. Your efforts will drive brand loyalty and customer engagement through social media and community outreach initiatives. Key Responsibilities Content Creation

- Develop and curate high-quality, locally focused content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Community Engagement

- Serve as the primary liaison between our branches and the communities we serve, addressing concerns and identifying opportunities for outreach. Event Coordination

- Organize and participate in local events, sponsorships, and community programs to enhance brand presence. Some events may take place on weekday evenings and weekends. Brand Representation

- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner, both online and in-person, including radio and television appearances. Reporting & Insights

- Gather feedback from local customers and provide reports on market trends, competitor activity, and engagement performance. Training & Support

- Train branch personnel on social media best practices and local engagement strategies. Collaboration

- Work closely with marketing and PR teams to align local strategies with broader brand objectives. What We're Looking For Experience managing and contributing to a professional/brand social media voice. Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work independently and take initiative. Knowledge of and connection to the Philadelphia and New Jersey communities. Reliable transportation for local travel within the assigned territory. Occasional travel to Northern Virginia for team meetings may be required.
