Taylor Management Company is looking for an energetic and experienced Community Manager to join our team in managing residential associations. As a Community Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and sustainability of community activities while enhancing the quality of life for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of assigned community associations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Manage budgets and financial reports, ensuring transparency and accountability in all financial matters.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain property aesthetics and functionality.
  • Organize and facilitate board meetings, preparing necessary materials and documentation.
  • Implement and enforce community rules, regulations, and policies as established by the Board of Directors.
  • Foster a sense of community by planning events and facilitating communication among residents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in management or a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in community association management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Certification such as CMCA or PCA preferred.
