Taylor Management Company is looking for an energetic and experienced Community Manager to join our team in managing residential associations. As a Community Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and sustainability of community activities while enhancing the quality of life for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of assigned community associations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Manage budgets and financial reports, ensuring transparency and accountability in all financial matters.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain property aesthetics and functionality.
- Organize and facilitate board meetings, preparing necessary materials and documentation.
- Implement and enforce community rules, regulations, and policies as established by the Board of Directors.
- Foster a sense of community by planning events and facilitating communication among residents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in management or a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in community association management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Certification such as CMCA or PCA preferred.
