Collins Consulting is hiring: UX Visual Designer III in North Chicago

This is an onsite position. We are seeking for a Senior UX Designer to lead our end-to-end design process with a strong focus on interaction design. In this role, you will support agile scrum teams by leveraging design systems and using Figma as the primary tool, all while designing innovative user experiences for emerging GenAI projects. Key Responsibilities: 7 plus years of experience End-to-End Design Process: Oversee the entire design lifecycle-from user research and ideation through prototyping, testing, and implementation. Interaction Design: Develop intuitive and engaging interactive designs that enhance user experiences. Agile Collaboration: Actively support agile scrum teams, ensuring seamless integration of design solutions during rapid iteration cycles and collaborating with developers. Design Systems & Figma: Utilize design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency, and employ Figma as your primary design tool. Emerging GenAI Projects: Apply your design expertise to cutting-edge GenAI initiatives, creating user-centered solutions for innovative products. Qualifications: Proven experience in end-to-end UX design with a focus on interaction design. Proficiency in Figma and a strong understanding of design systems. Experience working in agile environments and supporting scrum teams. passion for emerging GenAI technologies and a desire to innovate in this space. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
