What You'll Do
The Content Strategist will support the long-term growth of a growing portfolio of direct-to-consumer lifestyle, apparel, and footwear brands through customer-centric content strategy & creation across all digital touchpoints. Translating brand identities into relatable campaigns, you'll master each brand's voice for customer-facing campaigns and sales journeys, including blog posts, emails, social ads, SMS, on-site content, and more to enhance the customer experience, build connections to each brand, and drive conversions. The successful candidate will produce error-free, strategy-driven, and SEO-optimized content while ideating revenue-generating communications strategies to maintain a strong digital presence for our owned and operated brands.

Primary Location Salary:
$100,000 - $125,000

What You'll Do

The successful candidate will produce error-free, strategy-driven, and SEO-optimized content while ideating revenue-generating communications strategies to maintain a strong digital presence for our owned and operated brands.
What you'll be working on
- Develop and produce error-free content for our owned and operated brands as needed, including ad campaigns, email messaging, SMS, landing pages, blog posts, and more
- Implement SEO research and insights to develop high-performing, purchase-driving content strategies for our growing portfolio of brands
- Assist in creating holistic communications strategies across platforms for each brand
- Partner closely with Marketing, Design, Merchandising, Operations, and other internal teams to produce accurate marketing & product assets
- Ongoing research and competitive analysis of contemporary direct-to-consumer lifestyle, apparel, and footwear brands
- Develop descriptive, well-researched copy for eCommerce product descriptions, key product details, product listing pages, and other on-site content
- Maintain a well-developed, consistent brand voice across all communication channels
- Drive key business outcomes with successful, conversion-driven content
- Communicate content strategy and concepts with key stakeholders
- 5-7 years in a content writing or content strategy role
- B2C/D2C experience preferred
- Fashion/apparel experience nice to have but not required
- Strong knowledge of core SEO principles and experience writing SEO-optimized content
- Comfortable in a collaborative role with many internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to juggle multiple brands/initiatives at once and prioritize independently
- Experience with SEMRush and other SEO platforms
- Experience with Shopify
- Fashion/apparel experience
- Experience with Klaviyo or other email platforms
- Experience with Monday.com or similar project management software
