Position Overview:

The UX Architect is responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered experiences for digital products and platforms. This role combines strategic thinking and design expertise to create seamless interactions across multiple devices, ensuring that user needs align with business goals. As a leader in the UX design process, the UX Architect will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, user-friendly digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • User Research & Strategy:
    • Lead user research activities, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and persona creation.
    • Analyze user data and feedback to inform design decisions and strategic direction.
    • Develop and present user personas, user journeys, and information architecture models.
  • Design Leadership:
    • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile interfaces.
    • Develop and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to align designs with business and technical requirements.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Facilitate design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design critiques with team members and stakeholders.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and other team members.
    • Advocate for user-centered design principles and communicate the value of UX to key stakeholders.
  • Usability Testing & Iteration:
    • Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on findings.
    • Continuously improve user flows, wireframes, and prototypes based on user feedback and analytical data.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead UX initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
    • Prioritize design tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic role.
  • Strong proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Expertise in user research methods and user testing techniques.
  • Ability to lead and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your experience in UX design, strategy, and problem-solving skills.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with design systems and accessibility standards.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical and detail-oriented approach.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 60,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 210,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
