Our mission is to transform Studios' operations by creating high-reliability, high-throughput, interoperable systems that automate and optimize business processes. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to design, implement, and deploy distributed systems using AWS and industry best practices, working closely with leaders in an agile environment.

Key job responsibilities

Design, deliver, and operate highly reliable data pipeliness

Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software

Scalable backend platforms & pipelines using Java, Typescript

Technologies in use include AWS Lambda, Batch, OpenSearch, API Gateway, EventBridge, CDK

A day in the life

Design and build integration features that unsilo mission-critical data across the content lifecycle

Vend and model cross-functional graph data

Maintain the operational stability of highly reliable data platform integrations

Work with partner teams to refine, expand, and enhance platform interoperability

About the team

We unsilo business processes. We build tools that make it easy to organize data into a semantic knowledge graph. We accelerate the business by making the data that they need available where they need it, when they need it.

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience

2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience

Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
