Job Focus Area:
The Administrative Coordinator will support the LDOE call center, with an emphasis on the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP). This role will assist in tracking call trends, identifying frequently asked questions, and developing communication materials to help improve the efficiency and accuracy of responses provided to families and stakeholders. Additionally, the position will help ensure the flow of accurate and up-to-date information between the call center vendor, the Office of Early Childhood, and other agency offices to enhance customer service and public engagement.
In addition to call center support, this role will assist in developing and managing content for the website, social media, newsletters, and other communication channels to provide clear, accessible information to the public. The position will also help create FAQs, proactive messaging, and resource materials to address common inquiries and improve the overall customer experience.
By focusing on customer service-related communications and content development, this position will help strengthen public engagement, streamline responses to families, and ensure consistent, accurate messaging across multiple platforms.

- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Drive) and Microsoft Office.
