Director of Residential Management, Quest Management Group, LLC

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Community Manager to oversee our residential multifamily community in Adelphi, MD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining the overall quality of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of property management including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
2. Develop and implement property marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
3. Manage budgets and financial reporting for assigned properties.
4. Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and local regulations.
5. Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
6. Collaborate with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely repairs and property maintenance.
7. Prepare and manage lease agreements and renewals.
8. Foster a positive community environment through engagement and outreach programs.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of property management experience.
3. Strong understanding of property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
7. Knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
8. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
