About the job:

Salary: 3.6 lakh CTC

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer & Video Maker who can bring our brand's vision to life through engaging visuals and videos for social media, marketing, and branding purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Graphic Design:

1. Design eye-catching creatives for social media posts, carousels, reels, and stories.
2. Create branding materials, packaging designs, and promotional content.
3. Develop engaging infographics and educational skincare graphics.
4. Design website banners, advertisements, and email newsletters.

B. Video Creation & Editing:

1. Shoot and edit high-quality videos for Instagram reels, YouTube, and other platforms.
2. Create engaging product demo videos, before-after transitions, and testimonial edits.
3. Add motion graphics, transitions, and animations to enhance content.
4. Work on product launch videos, campaign ads, and influencer collaborations.

C. Social Media & Marketing Support:

1. Brainstorm creative ideas for viral and trending content.
2. Ensure all content aligns with Leafoberryy's brand identity.
3. Stay updated on the latest trends in graphic design and video editing.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns.

Requirements & Skills:

1. Experience: 1 year in graphic design and video editing (skincare/beauty industry experience is a plus).
2. Software Proficiency: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva for graphic design.
3. Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software for video editing.
4. Creativity & Trend Awareness: Must have a strong aesthetic sense and knowledge of current social media trends.
5. Attention to Detail: Ability to create polished, high-quality content.
6. Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Basic Animation Skills (preferred but not mandatory).
8. Photography Skills (a plus but not required).
