You’ll Spend Your Time:

  • Leading the strategy, development, and execution of global demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth.
  • Owning the end-to-end rollout of inbound and outbound marketing programs, including content, webinars, and paid digital strategies.
  • Developing and refining audience segmentation, messaging, and targeting strategies to maximise engagement.
  • Enabling regional marketing teams to tailor and launch high-performing campaigns in key markets.
  • Defining and tracking success metrics, analysing campaign performance, and providing insights to optimise future programs.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Digital teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in demand generation or campaign management.
  • Expertise in marketing automation, CRM, and sales tools (Marketo, Salesforce, Zoom Webinar, Salesloft, etc.).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and keep campaigns on track
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse campaign performance and make strategic recommendations.
  • A passion for team collaboration, working closely with sales and marketing stakeholders to drive revenue impact.
