Job Description

We are looking for a senior UX researcher with a strong foundation in research principles to conduct and deliver excellent user experience (UX) research for the Business Banking and Payments segments. This role will work with product and design to understand the business needs and craft research that answers critical business questions as well as crafting measurable objectives against which UX research work will be evaluated for success.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated excellent skills in stakeholder management, scoping, methodology selection, research, facilitation, artifact creation, and presentation skills. In addition, they will have experience executing both quantitative and qualitative research methods, analysis, and reporting be able to determine the best approach to the work based on the timeline and potential impact of the work.

Basic Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree, with an emphasis on UX, design research, psychology, journalism, social science or another relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience
  2. Three to five years of UX design research experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  1. Familiar with a variety of research methodologies, when to apply them, and when to make tradeoffs
  2. Ability to deliver impactful and clear UX research in a way that drives and directs better product/project outcomes
  3. Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to facilitate collaborative sessions
  4. Familiar with agile project management
  5. Demonstrated analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills

Location Expectations

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
