Sr. Digital Marketing Manager - Healthcare Sector

Exciting opportunity in Nashville, Tennessee! We are seeking a Sr. Digital Marketing Manager with strong B2B experience to join our team in the healthcare sector. This permanent position is perfect for a strategic thinker with expertise in executing digital marketing strategies and driving results through SEO/SEM and social media .

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  • Optimize our online content through expert use of SEO and SEM techniques.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence to enhance brand visibility.
  • Analyze digital campaign success using tools like Google Analytics and WordPress.
  • Utilize marketing automation platforms (CRM) and other technologies to develop lead flow, tracking and reporting to support lead generation, drip and nurture campaigns, event invitations, market research initiatives and e-newsletters.
  • Collaborate with strategic marketing team and cross-functional teams to develop digital marketing plans based on marketing and business objectives to effectively reach and engage our target audiences.
Required Skills:
  • B2B Digital Marketing Experience: At least 7 years of experience focusing on digital marketing within the B2B space.
  • SEO/SEM Expertise: Proven track record in search engine optimization and marketing to boost online presence.
  • Social Media Proficiency: Strong skills in managing professional social media accounts to increase engagement and meet business goals.
  • Technical Tools Knowledge: Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms to streamline and enhance marketing efforts.
  • Experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Experience selecting and managing third-party vendors to launch campaigns.
Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business or Digital Marketing required.
