UX Content Strategist

Role: UX Content Strategist Location: Minneapolis , MN Duration: 09 Months w/possibility of extension Responsibilities Serves as primary point of content for content marketing team, leading strategy Provides clear content direction for copywriters as needed Works with team members to bring the content vision to life Develops scalable content approaches that can be leveraged across the bank as other teams look to develop similar strategies Able to execute in a brand voice and tone Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, with an emphasis on English, Writing, Technical Writing, Journalism, Content Strategy, Communications or Library Science preferred, or equivalent experience Good understanding of the principles of content strategy and digital best practices Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication skills; self-starter Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proven ability to thrive in a complex, fast-paced, and dynamic environment Agility in thinking and delivery along with proven ability to take direction in support of company goals Able to balance changing workloads and priorities Comfortable working with new Gen AI platforms to facilitate content generation first drafts Experience in a matrixed organization Preferred Skills/Experience Three years of financial services experience in either banking, Fintech, or consumer lending desired 6+ years of content strategy, Experience with the Adobe suite of products Experience working in agile methodology and/or within a journey team
