We are seeking an experienced Partner Manager to join our TVOD (transactional video on demand) team. This individual will be responsible for driving TVOD revenue as well as defining work streams, processes, and mechanisms to drive strong external partner relationships, improve profitability, and continue building a product that will immediately excite customers. This role is inherently cross-functional and involves working closely with design, merchandising, marketing, tech & product, operations, finance, and executive teams. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, team-oriented, communicative, and will have the ability to work independently under time constraints. They will have a proven track record in successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. A self-starter who is able to prioritize and deliver on deadlines with minimal supervision, this person will have the ability to persuade and influence others, with a track record of driving results.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Manage the accounts of studio partners for Emerging LATAM territories. Account management includes royalty calculation, payment setting, and performance reporting.
- Business planning around new customer acquisition and increase of units per customer.
- Influence co-marketing strategy and manage its execution.
- Act as vendor liaison between Business and Operations teams.
- Influence product priorities for Emerging LATAM customers.
- Manage content programming, merchandising priorities, and design requests.
- Manage and set up pricing and promotional strategy, monitoring compliance on agreed pricing deal terms, promotions, and troubleshoot as needed.
- Develop and execute new commercial initiatives to improve profitability and boost performance.
- Analyze and report performance to studio partners.
- Monitor and report goals to internal senior leadership.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
- 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Spanish and English languages.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience.
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
- Experience in the digital video industry, entertainment, media, and/or film industry.
