Location: Montclair, NJ (onsite)

Rate: $25-30/hr

Clutch is looking for a Social Media Manager with agency experience for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive social media strategies for clients.
• Create high-quality content, including graphics, photography, and copy.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and tone across all platforms.
• Tailor content to specific social media channels.
• Analyze social media analytics to inform future strategies.
• Optimize organic & paid social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrated campaigns.
• Identify opportunities for social media activations.
• Proactively seek out innovative content opportunities and trends.

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of experience in social media management, including organic and paid.
• Account management experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
• Strong portfolio required!
• Proven experience with social media platforms and paid advertising.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and content creation tools.
• Experience with Sprout Social and Google Analytics preferred.
• Strong graphic design and video skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience with SEO copy, editing, and animated content.
• Familiarity with emerging social media platforms.
• Community management experience a plus!
