We are seeking an energetic, ambitious, and motivated E-Commerce Content Coordinator who will work closely with E-Commerce Manager, E-Commerce Merchandiser and others within the Digital and external departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain the retail online store, mobile app and content digital properties, to include creation and editing of new and existing inventory, placement of copy, and categorization and application of attributes associated with related products
Assist in implementation of new e-commerce integration on website properties - testing to reporting on results
Routinely QA website and mobile app for accuracy in all product data/images, timely updates to new product launches, marketing, and special merchandising pages. Escalate issues or enhancements
Gather informational product content - images, video, technical specs, attributes
Drives sales and conversion by creating unique, SEO-rich content via keywords, title tags, meta descriptions to optimize internal & external search rankings
Partners with site merchandising to build collections in support of seasonal marketing campaigns
Manage and track pre-order/back-order process
Creates and/or manages website content via CSS3/HTML5
Liaise with development team to ensure proper integration and training on third-party applications and extensions
Assists in management of landing pages specific to promotions for retail, online advertising and social media-related efforts
Help execute online marketing strategies & promotions both online and mobile app
Works closely with Digital Marketing/Analytics, Ad Ops, Digital Asset Management, Content Marketing/Customer Experience, Social Media/Customer Engagement
Works closely with outside service providers
Identify and seize opportunities for process improvements through subject matter expert groups, special projects and initiatives
Respond to content related customer service issues within 24 hours
Identifies and leverages information (technologies, technical specs, buying guides, etc.) that inform, educate and influence customer buying decisions
Work with vendors, retailers, and internal groups to develop and create any retailer online assets for marketing or merchandising (including emails, module units, category ads)
Qualifications and Requirements 2-4 years e-commerce or digital marketing experience
Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Advertising or related field
HTML/CSS knowledge preferred
Magento Enterprise platform experience required; Hybris experience a plus
Adobe Omniture, Experience Manager or Marketing Cloud experience a plus
Google Analytics experience required
Results focused - sales and performance driven
Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
Strong organizational, planning, problem solving and decision-making skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate online
Displays professionalism, strong work ethic, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
