Konik is partnering with an integrated design firm seeking a Senior Architectural Designer for industrial project work. The Senior Architectural Designer will collaborate with a Project Manager and guide more junior staff through all phases of a project. Senior Architectural Designer Responsibilities: Planning and design of projects based on project scope and budget Prepare or oversee the preparation of contract documents (drawings and specifications) Coordination with all disciplines Conduct site investigations, prepare reports, and oversee construction administration. Solve design challenges using advanced architectural principles and industry standards. Supervise and coordinate the work of junior professionals and technicians. Support marketing, business development, and project-related travel as needed. Senior Architectural Designer Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture preferred. 10+ years of professional experience in architecture Experience working on manufacturing and distribution facilities Proficient in Revit; knowledge of Sketch-Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam preferred. Knowledge of codes, contract documents, and industry standards. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities. Benefits:
