Senior Vice President Regional Manager - Distributed Retail Sales
Location: Remote Texas
What you'll do:
AmeriHome Mortgage LLC, A Western Alliance Bank Company, is seeking an experienced SVP Regional Manager, Distributed Retail Sales. This role plays a crucial part in managing the Retail Lending strategy for AmeriHome. You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of a successful sales strategy to build Distributed Retail residential mortgage loan production on a national basis.
The position comes with the formidable resources of Western Alliance Bank and AmeriHome Mortgage as well as high performance and managerial expectations.
What we are looking for:
- The SVP role will own and deliver on AmeriHome Distributed Retail residential volume, revenue, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and goals. These include but are not limited to productivity, borrower satisfaction, staff satisfaction, applications, locked loans, funded loans, and sales headcount and profitability.
- Responsible for hiring and managing teams of Mortgage Loan Officers, Sales Managers, and Sales Support managers/staff. You will serve as a mentor and coach, holding the teams accountable for KPIs as well as personal development and skill advancements.
- Evaluate, implement, and execute on sales and marketing strategies, including minimum production expectations, forecasting, headcount, revenue analysis, P&L management, and business planning.
- Play a strategic role in building and implementing strategies and tactics that focus on customer satisfaction while maintaining our enthusiastic and positive corporate culture of “Humble, Hungry and Smart.”
- Present platform performance and progress to Western Alliance and AmeriHome Mortgage Senior Executives as well as company-wide audiences as scheduled and requested.
- Work with AmeriHome leadership to proactively evaluate and manage risks.
- Plan and participate in industry trade shows and conferences.
- Other duties/responsibilities as requested by the Managing Director Retail Lending.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in SFR Sales Leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of SFR loan products and P&L Management.
- Demonstrated ability as a resourceful team player as well as the ability to work independently.
- Self-directed, motivated, enjoys learning and continuous self-improvement.
- Must have the ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in a variety of situations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain internal and external relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience with industry Loan Operating Systems (LOS), Point of Sale Systems (POS), Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and other relevant communication systems and tools.
