Description
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Coordinator to enhance our restaurant's online presence and engage with our community. This role is responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across social media platforms to promote our brand, drive guest engagement, and showcase our restaurant's culture and values.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute a content calendar that highlights promotions, menu offerings, team culture, and community involvement
•Create engaging photo, video, and written content tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
•Respond to comments, messages, and reviews to build relationships with guests and enhance brand loyalty
•Monitor trends and insights to adjust content strategy for maximum impact
•Collaborate with restaurant leadership to align social media efforts with business goals
•Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach
•Assist with local marketing initiatives, including community partnerships and in-store promotions
•Required to work in restaurant operations (10 hrs for part-time // 35 hrs for full-time)

Requirements
- Proficient in all social media platforms, emphasis on Instagram
- Required to work in restaurant operations (10 hrs for part-time // 35 hrs for full-time)
- Creative
- Highly organized
- Detail oriented
- Proven ability to gain followers (will be asked to show results upon interview)
- Experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing preferred
- Strong writing, photography, and basic video editing skills
- Passion for engaging with people and telling stories that align with Chick-fil-A's brand
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools is a plus
- Must be able to lift 30+ lbs
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
- Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
- Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
- Mobility required during shifts / Must be able to stand and walk for entirety of shift
- Must work well under pressure
- Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
- Must have a flexible schedule- If we have an event that requires presence for social media, must be able to attend
- This position has a 3-month trial period during which time the candidate will be hired and will need to prove ability to increase followers and engage community on social media. At the end of the 3-months, performance will be evaluated
