Role Overview :
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics. You’ll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure our social media efforts align with overall business goals and brand voice.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
Create, curate, and schedule compelling content across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Monitor, moderate, and respond to customer interactions across platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep our social media presence fresh and innovative.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
Run paid advertising campaigns on social platforms, managing budgets and tracking performance.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers, media contacts, and social media communities to amplify brand reach.
Manage community engagement, fostering relationships with followers and growing our online community.
Support the creation of visual and written content that represents the brand's identity.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
Expertise in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.) and using analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling content.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
A creative, results-oriented approach to social media campaigns and brand engagement.
Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
