About the Role:
We are seeking a highly creative and well-connected Social Content Manager to elevate the INEOS Grenadier brand and drive awareness through strategic collaborations with content creators, influencers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs). You will be the key contributor responsible for building a vibrant online community and showcasing the INEOS Grenadier's unique capabilities and spirit.
This role is responsible for the development, implementation and delivery of a robust content marketing strategy. The Social Content Manager requires significant experience of content marketing and social media (including, but not limited to online editorial planning, copywriting, analytics, social channel strategy, listening and reporting) and how they integrate to meet brand, tactical and overall business objectives
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy focused on raising awareness of the INEOS Grenadier brand among its target audience. Helping drive overall brand awareness is a critical KPI for this role
Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with relevant content creators, influencers, and KOLs across various social media platforms
Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for influencer collaborations
Collaborate with influencers to create engaging and authentic content that resonates with the INEOS Grenadier target audience
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve
Analyze information and provide recommendations for continuous improvements
Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics and ROI
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, PR, product) to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign alignment
Develop and maintain a content calendar for influencer collaborations, working closely with PR and Events teams to maximize our messages. This role does not require daily posting responsibilities, as this is managed by the UK team
Work closely with the UK team on the day-to-day operations of INEOS Grenadier's social media channels, including content creation, community engagement, and customer service
Deliver professional content focusing on our brand messaging while delivering high engagement rates
Ensure up to date content is available to media and subscribers to ensure they are regularly updated on INEOS Grenadier, to build interest, drive positive sentiment and ultimately deliver leads
Act as an ambassador for the business
Please note: this job has the potential to have some unusual hours due to the nature of our business and will include travel. You will need to have a creative eye and know what makes an engaging piece of content. Video editing skills would be a benefit to deliver captivating content quickly and efficiently to our audiences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Extensive experience in social media management (ideally for a well-established consumer brand), with a proven track record of success in influencer marketing
Strong understanding of the automotive industry and passion for adventure is a plus
Excellent people skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and KOLs
Creative mindset with a passion for developing engaging and innovative content
Data-driven approach with experience in analyzing social media metrics and reporting on campaign performance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with social media management tools
