Job Title: Sr. Marketing Brand & Content Specialist
Location: Santa Ana, CA
Contract: 3-6 months
Job Overview:
As a Sr. Marketing Brand & Content Specialist, you will drive brand strategy and content execution to help position the company as a leader in integrated health solutions. You'll work cross-functionally with product managers and digital/marketing teams to develop compelling content, enhance brand visibility, and engage customers across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Development: Strengthen and elevate brand identity, messaging, and recognition in line with corporate guidelines. Collaborate with product managers to create and maintain product-specific branding and content. Ensure all marketing materials align with brand messaging and identity. Content Creation & Development: Develop impactful content including press releases, email campaigns, sales tools, landing pages, and promotional materials. Coordinate with designers, agencies, and internal teams to produce marketing collateral. Oversee creation of new visual assets (photos and videos) for product launches. Process Management: Manage content timelines, review processes, and work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline approval workflows. Support the execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches. Event & Omnichannel Content Execution: Lead content design and execution for major events like the National Sales Meeting. Collaborate with Digital and Sales teams to drive customer engagement and sales leads through compelling storytelling. Qualifications: Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred). 5 years in the medical device industry or relevant experience. 3 years in marketing, with a focus on branding and media in medical devices preferred.
Skills & Competencies: Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs. Proficiency in digital tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design/layout tools is a plus. Self-motivated with a passion for improving patient outcomes and driving marketing impact. Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
the individual's skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certification requirements; office location and other geographic considerations; other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
