Position Overview
The successful candidate will be part of Prescient's Quality Control (QC) Team as a QC Associate within Prescient Business Operations. The QC Team supports our client-facing consultants and internal researchers in consistently delivering high-quality insights while complying with legal and ethical standards. These insights may be delivered in PowerPoint, Word or Excel formats, or via our proprietary, web-based InflexionRx® decision support platform.
The position requires a focused, organized and efficient individual with a passion for grammar, an eye for detail and the ability to explain how something could be improved to better meet the needs of our clients. The successful candidate will contribute directly to building impactful reports and dynamic outputs that help biopharmaceutical companies develop, launch and market medicines. They may also support special projects or other initiatives, such as business systems or other tools.

Edit commercial and technical content (primarily in InflexionRx, PowerPoint, Word and Excel), ensuring inconsistencies and inaccuracies are queried or revised. Assist authors to recognize, understand and resolve errors where appropriate. Recognize and flag potential compliance concerns in deliverables. Enforce internal processes and guidance where appropriate Feedback:
Providing specific and constructive feedback to authors about their work. Evaluate work against metrics defined in the QC Reporting SOP Storytelling:
Support authors to tell a compelling story with clear implications for the reader, if appropriate Formatting:
Format client Word and PowerPoint deliverables in line with Prescient corporate style or, if requested, client style Additional Support:
Assist with the management of project documentation and development of training material. Complete additional projects or tasks assigned by other members of the QC Team Education, Experience, Knowledge and Other Skills

Undergraduate or advanced degree
in a relevant discipline, with two or more years' editing, quality control or related experience Professional editing, proofreading or writing experience
in a scientific, medical or technical environment is preferred Translation experience
or competence in a foreign language is preferred Strong proficiency
in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in PowerPoint, Word and Excel Experience
working with business systems and applications Knowledge
of the management consulting and/or life sciences industry is preferred Communication:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Track record of proactive communication in the work environment, including proactively seeking feedback to improve capabilities. Understands varying cross-functional roles and responsibilities and adapts communications accordingly. Communicates technical information in a manner that others can assimilate Collaboration:

The annual full time base salary range for this role is ($55,000 - $65,000). Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines. Prescient offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies.
