US Company is hiring: Creative Recruiter in San Francisco

Start date: ASAP
Location: San Francisco, CA - hybrid schedule (2x on-site)
Duration: 6 month contract with potential to extend - 40 hours/weekly
Pay Rate: $40.00 - $45.00/hourly

In this role, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, enhancing the candidate experience. Partnering with brand leaders, HR, Equality + Belonging, and Communications, you'll support a team dedicated to delivering the best retail interview experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Promote the company’s vision and culture to attract diverse talent.
2. Ensure a consistent, inclusive candidate and interview experience.
3. Manage full-cycle recruiting for complex roles, including proactive sourcing.
4. Develop and implement effective strategies to attract top, diverse talent.
5. Stay ahead of industry and competitor trends to maintain a competitive edge.
6. Ensure high-quality service and talent advising to support business needs.
7. Own team results, sharing responsibility for resources, budget, and policy adherence.

Qualifications:

1. Experience recruiting in the retail space is highly preferred.
2. Strong problem solving by proactively driving results and being solution oriented.
3. Ability to manage customer relationships, provide strong customer service skills, and work in a large and matrixed team environment.
4. Demonstrated excellent communication/presentation skills to all audience levels.
5. Deep curiosity and knowledge of the external market and shifts within retail or relevant industries.
6. Ability to assess relatively complex situations and analyze data to recommend sustainable solutions.
