Description Marketing Associate POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Marketing Associate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing activities at the level of execution, helping ensure both successful project completions and day-to-day maintenance across the Corporate Marketing team. This position reports to the Director of Channel Marketing or another member of senior management personnel that the President of the Company may designate. This position will be located at our Irvine, California office. RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Channel Marketing & Partnerships Director in ongoing management and tracking of quarterly Industry Sponsorship and Partnership requests from Residential Sales Managers. This includes managing standard forms and spreadsheets, submitting formal budget applications to the Corporate Finance department, managing fulfilment of promotional items/swag for customer events, and assisting in tracking and allocating the yearly Sales Enablement budget. Manage marketing material inventory, including swag, customer giveaways, and show materials. This involves keeping track of stock levels, obtaining/negotiating quotes for restocks and new items, coordinating with vendors on orders and fulfillment, and ensuring materials are available as needed. Additionally, maintain strong relationships with marketing material vendors to support smooth operations and cost-effective procurement. Coordinate and collaborate with Residential Sales Managers and Key Account Managers in planning and execution of channel activities in support of installer acquisition targets and revenue goals. Provide administrative assistance to the entire Corporate Marketing team such as managing the team calendar, proposal submissions, approvals, and invoice processing. Provide logistics support of company-wide events, including tracking RSVPs, coordination with stakeholders in relevant Sales divisions and related administrative and logistical details. Conduct online research and compile reports to support various marketing team initiatives and projects. Assist with internal marketing material distribution as needed. Assist in planning and staffing events, campaigns and conferences/trade shows, including logistical coordination and remote/on-site support. This also involves assisting in written content and PowerPoint development for campaigns, events, and related marketing initiatives. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Advertising preferred. 1 to 2 years of Marketing Experience preferred but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent people and relationship-building skills, and ability to successfully work with a wide range of personnel that includes office staff, as well as all levels of management, in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with demonstrated proficiency in organizational skills and work prioritization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
