We’re looking for a strategic marketing expert to drive demand generation and pipeline growth through innovative, scalable campaigns. You’ll Spend Your Time
- Leading the strategy, development, and execution of global demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth.
- Owning the end-to-end rollout of inbound and outbound marketing programs, including content, webinars, and paid digital strategies.
- Developing and refining audience segmentation, messaging, and targeting strategies to maximise engagement.
- Enabling regional marketing teams to tailor and launch high-performing campaigns in key markets.
- Defining and tracking success metrics, analysing campaign performance, and providing insights to optimise future programs.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Digital teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in demand generation or campaign management.
- Expertise in marketing automation, CRM, and sales tools (Marketo, Salesforce, Zoom Webinar, Salesloft, etc.).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and keep campaigns on track.
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse campaign performance and make strategic recommendations.
- A passion for team collaboration, working closely with sales and marketing stakeholders to drive revenue impact.
- Have experience in developer-first or cybersecurity marketing.
- Get a thrill out of tweaking campaigns to squeeze out that extra 1% in conversions.
- Love building and optimising campaign playbooks that scale across global teams.
- Are the kind of teammate who makes collaboration seamless and fun.
- Can turn a simple idea into a multi-channel marketing masterpiece.
- Make campaign reports engaging enough to keep the sales team awake.
- Bring the right amount of humour to make meetings fun but still productive.
