Job Responsibilities: Develop and Implement an Integrated Global Marketing Strategy Build and execute a comprehensive marketing plan covering branding, digital marketing, analyst relations, public relations, event marketing, social media marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM). Align global marketing initiatives with business goals to drive demand generation and deepen customer engagement. Leverage AI-powered marketing technologies for enhanced customer insights, hyper-personalized campaigns, and optimized performance. Adapt messaging and campaigns to regional markets while ensuring brand consistency and alignment with global objectives. Lead Generation, Customer Engagement, and Demand Generation: Develop and drive global lead generation and customer engagement programs, ensuring marketing aligns with sales objectives. Implement content-driven nurturing programs to maintain ongoing engagement with prospects and customers. Identify and facilitate participation in key global and regional industry events and forums. Execute digital and direct marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and enhance market positioning. Establish joint-marketing programs with strategic alliance partners to drive pipeline growth. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Sales Enablement: Develop and implement ABM programs for key global accounts, collaborating with sales leadership to personalize outreach. Conduct account-specific research, industry analysis, and competitive assessments to refine marketing strategies. Support large pursuits with tailored marketing assets, RFP branding, and executive-level engagement programs. Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within key accounts. Executive Influence and Thought Leadership: Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights to shape decision-making and go-to-market strategies. Develop executive-level thought leadership content that reinforces client’s position as a leader in AI. Build relationships with key global industry associations, academic institutions, and media to enhance client’s market presence. Engage with leading industry analysts through briefings and strategic discussions to strengthen positioning. Represent client at global conferences and industry events, ensuring strong thought leadership in AI. Marketing Operations, AI-Driven Insights, and Performance Tracking: Manage global marketing budgets and track campaign performance against pipeline and revenue objectives. Maintain marketing calendars and drive alignment between global and regional marketing teams. Leverage AI-powered analytics to track customer behavior, optimize content strategy, and refine campaign performance. Develop and maintain a repository of customer references, case studies, and testimonials to support sales efforts across regions. Qualifications: Proven track record in developing and executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns with measurable impact on a global scale. 12/15 + years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within a consulting, technology services, or AI-driven business environment. Expertise in AI-driven marketing tools—experience leveraging AI for personalization, data insights, and campaign optimization is preferred. Strong communication skills—articulate, persuasive, and an excellent writer with experience in executive-level storytelling. Strategic mindset with execution excellence—ability to align global marketing initiatives with business priorities while ensuring operational efficiency. Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills—experience working across different levels and functions in a matrixed organization.
