Base pay range $50.00/hr - $57.00/hr Adecco Creative and Marketing is recruiting a User Experience (UX) Research Contractor to support the UX Research team in executing custom research across various digital platforms for our client. This role will focus on enhancing digital experiences for independent agents, including websites, mobile apps, and agent portals. You will collaborate with software product teams, UX designers, content strategists, business teams, and IT to ensure design solutions align with both business objectives and user needs. Responsibilities Plan and conduct user research (usability testing, surveys, interviews) and translate findings into actionable insights. Support product development by identifying customer needs, ideating, testing, and gathering continuous feedback. Facilitate design thinking workshops, including problem statement creation, persona development, and journey-mapping. Establish clear research roadmaps for product teams and recommend appropriate research methodologies. Conduct expert reviews and heuristic evaluations to improve usability and accessibility. Communicate research findings clearly and concisely, ensuring insights drive business decisions. Work collaboratively, incorporating feedback to enhance research processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Factors, HCI, Information Design, or a related field with 5+ years of UX research experience, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience. Expertise in qualitative research methods, including usability studies, customer interviews, and heuristic evaluations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research tools (e.g., Qualtrics, UserZoom). Knowledge of Design Thinking and Lean UX methodologies. Strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with experience presenting to cross-functional leadership. Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
